This Privacy Policy explains how Wreath Center ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use https://wreathcenter.com or place an order with us.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored only in encrypted form).
  • Order details: what you buy, delivery or pickup date, delivery address, the recipient's name and phone number, card messages and any notes you give us.
  • Payment details: card payments are handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the last four digits of a card) but never your full card number.
  • Messages: anything you send through our contact form, and our replies.
  • Technical information: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, used for security and to keep the site working.

How we use your information

  • To process, prepare and deliver your orders and to send order and delivery updates.
  • To manage your account, answer your questions and provide customer support.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
  • To send seasonal offers, but only if you opted in. You can opt out at any time from your account settings.
  • To keep business and tax records as required by law.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to provide our service:

  • Stripe, to process payments.
  • Google reCAPTCHA, to protect our forms from spam and abuse.
  • Our email provider, to send order and account emails.
  • Our delivery staff, who receive the recipient's name, address, phone number and card message.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and your chosen currency, and protect forms from misuse. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep account information while your account is open. Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing emails, by contacting us at orders@wreathcenter.com. You can update most details yourself in your account settings.

Security

We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted passwords and restricted staff access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

Children

Our site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
