Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of https://wreathcenter.com and to every order you place with Wreath Center ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Your account

  • You must give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
  • We may suspend accounts that are used fraudulently or to abuse the service.

Orders

  • An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive our order confirmation email.
  • We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or there is a pricing error). If we do, you will receive a full refund.
  • Product photos are examples. Because every piece is handmade from fresh seasonal materials, flowers, colours and containers may vary slightly. If an item is unavailable we may substitute one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are charged in USD. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates only; your bank sets the final exchange rate.
  • Sales tax and delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and may have conditions shown when you apply them.

Delivery and pickup

  • You choose a delivery date and time window at checkout. We do our best to deliver within that window, but times can be affected by weather, traffic and other events outside our control.
  • Please make sure the delivery address and recipient phone number are correct. If the recipient is not available we may leave the order in a safe place or with a neighbour, or contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry an extra fee.
  • Pickup orders can be collected from our studio at 120 Bloom Street, Springfield on the date you chose.

Personalisation

Custom wording, monograms and card messages are produced exactly as you type them. Please check spelling before you order, because personalised items cannot be refunded for errors in the text you supplied.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Reviews

Only customers who have purchased an item can review it. Reviews must be honest and respectful; we may remove reviews that are abusive, unlawful or unrelated to the product.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photos, designs, text and logos, belongs to Wreath Center or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page, with its "last updated" date, applies to orders placed from that date.
